I can support you through your depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, trouble navigating motherhood, parenting a child with special needs, and/or grief. My practice is for WOMEN only. I offer an accepting and safe space for you to express yourself without fear of judgement. I am CBT certified, trained in EMDR, & employ mindfulness based practices. I incorporate these different therapeutic modalities to help my clients process their feelings and fuel connection. I tailor my approach for each client.
I am best at empowering individuals through reflective listening and action, while meeting them where they are now at this particular time. I'm an honest human with a knack for making clients feel seen and heard. I have faced and recovered from many of the issues my clients present. You are not alone.
