EMDR Therapy has helped many of my clients be relieved of trauma symptoms that have kept them from feeling in control of their responses by feeling less triggered. A dialectic behavioral therapy approach helps my clients improve managing relationships and decision making learned in families & driven by biology. Consulting & Coaching are also a passion.

My counseling training from Dallas Theological Seminary gives me an understanding of the significant role one's faith & values have on decisions regarding work, relationships, and parenting. For those who desire Christian counseling, my approach taps into a person's faith to promote healing and address shame, anxiety, and false guilt.
