She helps clients identify their irrational thoughts and teaches tips to combat harmful thought patterns and change unhealthy behaviors. "The brain is truly incredible, and the more we practice challenging these destructive thought patterns, the more natural and easier it becomes for our brains to think more positively."
Lonni grew up in Coppell and attended Coppell High School. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.A. in Psychology, and then earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Criswell College. Lonni's passion is working with teenagers and young adults.
