Life events can induce disturbances in our mood, physical health, relationships, and in the ability to effectively cope with day to day experiences. Having coping skills, self-understanding, trauma/stress awareness, and addressing root cause can be among the first steps to self-healing and improved symptoms.
I am board certified and focused on treating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and grief. I work with individuals 18+ and am skilled in treating first responder and military populations. I utilize a person centered approach, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration (PHRI) therapy, and other evidence based modalities.
I understand the impact life stressors can have on an individual and the liberating feeling when trauma/PTSD, stress, anxiety, depression, and grief/loss, are reduced or eliminated.
