I am skilled in the field of anxiety, trauma (PTSD), drug use, addiction, spiritual/religious transitions, and depression. I also enjoy working with first responders and military members. I utilize a person centered approach and other highly effective evidence based modalities. I am also trained in Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration (PHRI) therapy.
I understand the impact life stressors can have on an individual and the liberating feeling when trauma/PTSD, stress, anxiety, and depression are released. I am here to help on your journey of growth and healing. This is done in a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential environment that I provide.
