My process is always to ask you, the client, what it is you want, what would that look like, and what is in your way. Then we collaborate to get you there! Collaboration can also occur in groups. Individual, couples, teens, specialized groups. I have begun to run DBT Skill groups also. I have 10 years experience working in the LGBT community. My approach is always affirming, non-judgemental, and strengths focused.
I also have 10 years experience working in the field of addiction recovery. I am well acquainted with the 12 Step Fellowships, Smart Recovery, and Harm Reduction.
