I am skilled in treating a range of issues to include anxiety, depression, life changes, grief, child behavioral issues, mood and personality disorders, and adult/childhood trauma. I have been in private practice in Crestview the last three years and plan to stay! My office is centrally located and offers a relaxed and cozy setting. My main treatment modalities are cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, and trauma focused care including EMDR and TFCBT. My counseling style is warm and engaging. Therapy is all about the therapeutic relationship and seeing the world from my client's eyes.
