I love working with both individuals & couples. I tell my clients all of the time, we heal within the context of healthy relationships. The most incredible breakthroughs I’ve witnessed haven't come without the courage of leaning on others.

I'm an ally to minority and marginalized peoples. As someone who validates experiences of trafficking survivors and refugees, I strive to create a safe and affirming space.

I advocate for/specialize in working with refugees, immigrants, victims of human trafficking, cult survivors, sexual abuse, people of color, persons with disabilities, LGBTQ & trans rights. I’m also experienced in grief, C-PTSD, somatic therapy & medical advocacy. With therapy we can form deep connections, create wellbeing, and make meaning.
