Narrative Therapy isn't about rewriting, its putting words to all you've been holding onto. Alongside Narrative Therapy, I utilize multiple evidence-based modalities shown to improve symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I love working with both individuals & couples. I tell my clients all the time, we heal within the context of healthy relationships. The most incredible breakthroughs I’ve witnessed haven't come without the courage of leaning on others.
