About
I love working with people interested in improving and understanding their impact on their relationships to both themselves and others. Included would be issues of self esteem; relationships with family members; interactions in the workplace and social areas in which they find themselves.
I specialize in interpersonal relationships; depression; character disorders; issues of self esteem and how to eliminate or reduce the self critical voices we all seem to have.:
I am comitted to using alternative methods to supplement the psychodynamic approach to therapy in which I have been trained.I believe in using excercise and meditation to augment face to face talk therapy. I am a runner and tennis player and know the psychological rewards of activity.
