I am passionate about working with couples and taking a deep dive into family of origin bonds and their long-lasting impact on our current relationships. I help couples explore early attachment injuries, discover their attachment style and increase awareness of how we show up in the way we relate to ourselves and others. I also focus on working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues and relational conflict. My goal is to help clients recognize the negative core beliefs that are dictating their behaviors and thought patterns and gently exploring their origins.
I believe in normalizing the struggles that most humans find themselves dealing with, and creating a non-judgmental, powerful and empathetic atmosphere in session. My direct style of communicating and sense of humor helps diffuse tension in the therapy room and creates a genuine and authentic environment, enabling clients to tackle deep and sensitive issues.
I offer a safe, supportive space to gain meaningful solutions when dealing with relational issues, struggles, and major life changes. When not in the office, you can find me in the midst of reading 14 books simultaneously, drinking copious amounts of coffee and lifting heavy at the gym.
