I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 22 years of experience working with a diverse range of clients. I earned my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University. In my work with couples, I utilize the Gottman Method, which can also be applied to narcissistic victim syndrome. I also incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotionally-focused therapy (EFT), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and existential therapies.
