In a world that encourages the creation of a chaotically tough exterior, I want to work with you to find your strength in peace and softness. Being vulnerable is often very scary, but bravery is defined by facing your fears, not by the absence of them. It is my goal to provide a space where you feel safe enough to tap into your own power and help you cultivate the assertiveness needed to create a life of your design, something we all deserve but rarely give ourselves permission to have.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing on a vast variety of tools that draw from a place of compassion and the knowledge that you are the expert on your own life. I also like to incorporate creativity and laughter whenever appropriate and possible, allowing for genuine and supportive sessions that do not always need to be about tough topics and tears.
I specialize in working with those who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm and/or suicidal ideation. No matter what, I want to hear your story and you deserve to tell it.
