I work with clients who might be struggling with anxiety, depression and burnout. Sometimes their struggles are a result of trauma exposure. During our initial sessions we learn to build trust and work on developing coping strategies. Later as we get to know each other better we might work on addressing the trauma. We adjust and pivot based on client's needs.
