You may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions, while patterns involving alcohol or other substances have begun to take a greater toll than intended. Many of the adults I work with are looking for a place to better understand what is happening, break patterns that no longer serve them, and regain a greater sense of stability and direction. I work with adults navigating addiction, harm reduction, and co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns.
My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Together, we explore the patterns, experiences, and stressors affecting your daily life while strengthening coping skills, emotional regulation, relapse prevention, and practical strategies that support healing, recovery, and meaningful change.
Starting therapy can feel difficult, especially when shame, self-criticism, or fear of judgment makes it harder to talk openly.
