I desire to assist people to live an abundant life by gaining skills to cope with life’s challenges. I strive to empower people to overcome cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and social challenges by increasing their coping, stress management, and conflict resolution skills. I am honored God has permitted me to use my professional experiences and faith to provided personalized techniques to assist people to heal from the emotional scars of grief, guilt, shame, rejection, and remorse to achieve their personal, professional, social, and family goals.
My areas of expertise include: child welfare, residential and out-patient chemical dependency counseling and education; foster care, reunification, and adoptions services; adult, adolescent, and family mental health counselor, medical and hospice and social work, grief recovery, trauma informed care, and faith-based and spiritual counseling.
I strive to provide culturally competent and culturally relevant services celebrating the unique needs of individuals regardless of their race, age, ethnicity, gender identity, religious and spiritual preference, and social-economic class.
