I am EMDR Certified, experienced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Experiential approaches. I am a Registered Nurse and have a Master's in Marital Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary. My nursing background is the perfect fit for clients with chronic illness, pain, or lifestyle issues. Favorite bumper sticker: "Reality is the leading cause of stress."
In addition to doing therapy, I also lead Women's Retreats and speak at Women's Events. If desired, I can provide Christian Counseling for clients who prefer to approach therapy through the lens of faith. I frequently offer groups for women's issues. Many of my clients experience anxiety or depression and feel significant improvement using EMDR therapy.
