I believe individuals are unique because of their life experience, perceptions, genetic and cultural background. I don't use one therapy fits all; I use what I think is best given what each client tells me. I encourage, people to move past their own limitations, but do not insist, because it is their journey not mine. I have worked on my own issues, and continue to do so, I appreciate the courage it takes to open up to another person. This process takes time to build a relationship of trust so you can talk about what you don't want to talk about. My hope is you will find a safe place with me to discover more about yourself

I work with family of origin issues not to blame but to understand because it is in understanding we are able to move past the blocks we set as children that hinders us from having the kind of life we truly deserve. I have worked as a therapist for over twenty years.
