The decision to seek therapy can be difficult; however, you are here and that's your first step. Do you find yourself struggling in relationships, dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, or trauma? I want to be available to help you through that. I work with individuals and couples. I have a particular passion for working with women who have experienced infidelity in a relationship. Betrayal trauma comes in forms such as having multiple partners, emotional affairs, lying, and gaslighting. I want you to find healing, rebuild trust in yourself, and become whole again.

I use an integrative approach to address each individual's needs. I will help you identify thoughts and access emotions to identify relational needs that have gone unmet. I will assist you in seeing the patterns that may need change and equip you with the tools to help you. I am certified in EMDR and utilize it in treating trauma.

I want my clients to feel heard, understood, and empowered. I will walk with you in your pain every step of the way. As your therapist, I will help you see and understand yourself better so you can be the best version of yourself.
