Harbor Counseling is a safe place that provides client centered therapy and care. I provide counseling for parents and children, individual counseling and couples counseling to help my clients achieve their personal growth goals.

These tools can help when you're experiencing anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. I use a variety of types of therapy to work with you and create a client centered plan.
Through my personal life experiences, I have learned the importance of growth, knowing and understanding oneself as well as being intentional in day to day choices. My goal is to promote mental well-being in order to help you grow towards achieving a healthy present and future.
