My role as a licensed professional counselor is to provide my clients with collaborative, objective and evidenced- based therapeutic services. My focus is using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to treat depression and anxiety related disorders, severe and complex trauma, and eating disordered behaviors in the adult population.
I utilize CBT treatment to address symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD/trauma, disordered eating and suicidality. These methods include prolonged exposure (PE), cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, cognitive processing therapy (CPT), cognitive behavioral therapy enhanced (CBTE), and other well-studied methods.
