I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
I have over 16 years of experience and have worked in juvenile treatment centers and Employee Assistance at a large medical/hospital system providing counseling services to employees and their families. I also have experience working in Disability Support Services at a community college.
I enjoy working with older teens and adults. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches when working with clients including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Motivational Interviewing.
