Some of my goals are to help you understand what you are going through and help you develop useful skills so you can overcome the trials and hardships you face. Using a person-centered approach, I believe you are the expert on your life. Part of my role is to guide you toward skills and tools that will be most useful for you to help you accomplish the specific goals you’d like to achieve in your life.
