Having obtained a master's degree in marriage and family therapy, my goal is to inspire hope and serve those who desire deeper connection with themselves and others. My clinical development and training have led me to work with couples who have interest in repairing or improving their relationships, and individuals who desire deeper levels of self-acceptance and compassion to improve well-being. I use emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and internal family systems (IFS) which are evidence-based approaches. I focus on highlighting your strengths and ability to navigate life. My approach is very personalized and client-centered.
I am trained in the modalities I utilize and I am additionally certified in ketamine-assisted and psychedelic-assisted therapies and integration through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute. I understand diverse paths of healing and create space for productive and ethical discussion of these topics as well as topics of spirituality.
