Reaching out to a therapist for problems such as ADHD, Anxiety, Depression or Autism Spectrum Disorders can be tough. Over the last 15 years I have helped individuals and families with a wide range of issues, and have developed these specialties. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems theory, while adding an understanding of neuropsychological functioning to help my clients. These methods have been clinically proven and are evidence based treatments.

The feedback that I get from my clients is that I am positive, active in session, and that I offer practical strategies. Our work will focus on gaining insight, making lasting change, and preventing our natural urge to backslide.
