I imagine a space where individuals can be themselves and express their victories and shortcomings in a fun and lively manner. Therapy may be hard or considered difficult, but my goal is to make you feel comfortable and excited to work on a new journey where you will feel confident, happy, and successful. This often requires working with someone like me, who can help you overcome numerous challenges like anxiety, depression, OCD, co-dependence, addictions, relationship difficulties, or stressful life adjustments.
I have had a plethora of experience working in high-level cases that require inpatient care as well I have worked on a multitude of treatment teams with courts, inpatient programs, and private care. I have received training in Gottman's couples and families, EMDR, DBT, CBT, and ACT.
I know how therapy can seem daunting, confusing, and to some, unnecessary. If you have found my page, it is for a reason. I do not know what you are going through, I may not understand it firsthand, but I know I can help, and I will care.
