Therapy can be a place to explore where you are and where you want to go. By blending present moment awareness of emotions, thoughts and sensations with in-depth exploration of touchstone experiences, we can learn more about what’s shaped who you are and what stands in the way of who you want to become. I seek to understand patterns of disruption, discomfort, and distress that can strain opportunities to connect with one's self, community, and the world.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist trained in a wide range of therapeutic modalities. Rather than impose a specific brand, viewpoint, or philosophy onto my clients, I listen close to one’s unique situation and needs. Together, we determine the path forward. I work primarily with adults seeking individual and couples therapy, both online and in-person.
Therapy can be a challenging process to begin. Feel free to call or email to set up a session. We'll discuss what is bringing you to therapy and if I will be a good fit. Please include your primary concern in your initial voicemail or e-mail message.
