I am a clinical social worker at Northeast Family Services in Rhode Island and I am actively seeking new clients at this time. I have experience working with a diverse group of clients suffering from various mental health disorders. All clients are welcome, but I have particular experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, and various substance use disorders. Clients without particular diagnoses who are looking for additional life perspectives and support are welcome as well.
I am certified in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). I enjoy helping clients to get more comfortable talking about their thoughts and feelings and finding new ways to manage difficult emotions. I'm always open to helping with problem solving and finding new solutions to life's challenges.
