I’m a white, queer, nonbinary/trans human and therapist. From my own lived experiences, and in working with clients, I have seen how difficult it can be to navigate a world that expects you to bend to fit. I primarily provide relationship counseling and individual counseling to clients exploring and navigating: polyamory, non-monogamy, kink, gender identity, sexuality, intimacy and relationship concerns. Some of the most common things I hear from people seeking support involve life transitions within relationships (having children, identities shifting), communication challenges, sexual concerns, and rebuilding trust after infidelity
I specialize in relationship concerns, identity exploration, anxiety, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. I work collaboratively to help clients understand patterns, deconstruct shame, and build emotional regulation skills. I tend to pull skill building from ACT, CBT, and Narrative therapies. I also use my EFT + Gottman training for relationship counseling.
I will come with reflections, questions, resources, and perspectives to support your journey rather than advice-giving. Our space together will be cololaborative, and center your experiences, be supportive, and honest (which might look like me gently challenging you when it’s helpful). You dont have to do it all alone.
