One of the most radical things we can do in this life is to take care of ourselves, which is not something we are necessarily taught to do. Odd, isn't it? Then when we actually start to do just that, there can be some resistance. Even more odd, huh? It has taken a lot for you to get to this point, and I am so glad you found your way here. Whether this is the first time you are seeking therapy or if you have been around the block a time or two, there is a place for you here with me. One thing is for certain; life is not quite how you would like for it to be right now and that's where I come in.

My approach is collaborative and holistic which allows me to meet you where you are at in this moment. My style is built from a multitude of perspectives, so we can tailor YOUR therapy to what YOU need. From Person Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to Energy Psychology and Walk & Talk Therapy, my approach is not just 'one size fits all.'

P.S. You can also expect a scuba diving reference from time to time since I am a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer (that means I can train and certify PADI Master Scuba Divers). And yes, this is the 'fun fact' that I always use!
