One of the most radical things we can do in this life is to take care of ourselves. Which is not something we are necessarily taught to do, and well, when we start to do it there can be some resistance. It’s taken a lot for you to get to this point, and I am so glad you found your way here. Whether this is the first time you are seeking therapy or if you have been around the block a time or two, there is a place for you here. One thing is for certain, things are not quite how you would like for them to be, and that is where therapy comes in.

I take a collaborative and holistic approach that allows me to meet you where you are at- Now. My style is built from a multitude of perspectives so we can tailor YOUR therapy to what YOU need. From Person Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to Energy Psychology and Walk & Talk Therapy, my approach is not just 'one size fits all.'

P.S. You can also expect a scuba diving reference from time to time since I am a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer (that means I can train and certify PADI Master Scuba Divers). And yes, this is the 'fun fact' that I always use :)
