As a therapist, I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life's many challenges. I currently work with clients ages 16+ and have a special interest in partnering with college students, young adults, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I am experienced in supporting clients struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, trauma, and difficulty regulating emotions.
My counseling style is often described as warm and relatable, and my goal is to create a non-judgemental space that fosters an environment for personal growth and healing. My therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual, but often includes a combination of DBT and mind-body approaches, such as brainspotting.
