As a Registered Dance/Movement therapist, I’d love to move with you—you don't have to be a dancer to move! Dance/Movement therapy emphasizes the power of creative movement as a support where words fail. My talk therapy is tailored to your needs, drawing from strength-based therapy methods like DBT or Narrative, and relational therapies like Gottman and NVC.
