As a therapist, I create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence, relationship and communication challenges, and emotional or behavioral concerns in children. I also support couples experiencing relationship distress, helping improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen connection. I take a trauma-informed, collaborative approach to meet clients where they are. I’m joined by Sunny, my mini goldendoodle therapy dog, who provides comfort and helps clients feel safe and at ease.
With 5+ years of experience, I support individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents facing abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental health concerns. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients challenge unhelpful thoughts and build healthier coping skills.
