About
Every client has a new story and I am here to help guide them through their chapters. I strive to ensure safety and understanding in the therapy room, as well as empathetic and humanistic reasoning. My practice focuses on those with depression, anxiety, mood and dissociative disorders in adulthood. My approach to therapy is humanistic in nature, which entails client-led therapy. I want my clients to feel like they can be themselves and feel understood throughout the process. I believe the client is their own expert and I would love to be a part of their journey to better understand the world through their lenses.
