It can be difficult to ask for help, much less find the right therapist. I understand how hard this can be and have room for you. As a relational therapist, I will create a safe and private place for you with or without your loved ones to break free from old patterns so you can grow. Please feel free to review my website, as well as reviews on Google, Facebook, and Healthgrades to see testimonials from past clients about their personal experiences.

I have worked with individuals and relationships for over 10 years. I specialize in treating communication problems, infidelity, premarital counseling, anxiety/depression, family conflict, men's issues, and children/adolescent behavioral health. LGBTQ+ affirming. I also provide approved clinical supervision to provisionally licensed family therapists (LMFTA) and professional counselors (LPCA).

My office is located in the Cotswold neighborhood. I offer plenty of onsite parking (even options private from street view), as well as convenient office hours. Invest in yourself and contact me about your preferred direction for your own process and how I can help you achieve your goals.

Relationship Tune-Up

Life moves quickly these days and before you know it you have been together 5, 10, or maybe 15 years. When you look over at your partner, you realize things are different. Maybe you don't connect as you once did, or you don't have fun like you remember having at the beginning, or maybe it is harder and harder to come back after a fight. While time and growth does involve change, these changes do not have to negatively impact the relationship and in fact, can even serve to provide increased levels of relationship satisfaction with proper guidance.
