My approach is compassionate & non-judgmental, creating a contained space for individuals to strengthen their voice. Through "top-down" & "bottom-up" creative, somatic and parts-work approaches, I help folks to make sense of their story and embrace agency in a world where they've otherwise felt frozen. I work with C-PTSD, anxiety, values & life transitions.

WAITLIST FOR FALL This strengths-oriented group aims to educate folks about the ways that stress affects our nervous system and how to reclaim choice in our bodies response to stressors. In every group session there is space to integrate learnings through creative expression. The virtual group includes 6 one and a half hour sessions over the span of six weeks. An expressive arts group for therapists who want to create an empathetic container for their practice and center themselves in their life. This group aims to nurture the values you have for being a therapist while also valuing you as a separate person who experiences a lot of stories. Expect book discussions and artful processing!
