Do you feel like something is wrong, but you are not sure why? Maybe you are experiencing depression, anxiety, or unwanted behaviors. Maybe you know that you have trauma in your past but feel stuck in it. I offer a space to engage your story with kindness and curiosity using effective tools to help you heal and grow. We do not heal by forcing ourselves to "get over it", but by engaging our story, processing the wounds of our past, and becoming our true selves. My passion is walking alongside people as they walk through their own heroic journey, heal from the wounds of the past, and discover who they really are.
I specialize in working with adults with a history of complex trauma using a combination of evidence-based trauma modalities such as EMDR and IFS, and a contemplative and ecumenical Christian spiritual integration for individuals that wish to incorporate their faith in their healing journey.
Deciding to begin therapy is a huge step. Finding the right therapist is no easy task either. The relationship with your therapist is the most important part of the process.
