Welcome! I am a NJ licensed psychotherapist with 20+ years of experience assisting individuals with a wide array of issues. After assessing your most important concerns and goals, I apply strategies from therapies including Cognitive Therapy, EMDR, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy to identify the source of difficult emotions, raise insight and make a shift.
