What is causing the twirl in your stomach at 4AM? How do we get the racing thoughts to stop? Sometimes anxiety takes over to the point that your body hurts. Distractions are not working anymore; the pain is too great. If you stuff your bag with too many hurts the load will get too heavy. The twirls, sleepless nights, and body aches become overwhelming. We have to unpack the bag for you to be able to breathe again. In session we will find some old hurts that never healed as we hear your story. Together we will find the parts of you that you want to keep. Together we will work towards you feeling prouder and more connected.
We will meet in the constellation that is needed for you: it can be individual, couples, or family. We will understand your approaches and responses to conflict as we learn about you. You will learn how to approach hardships and how to respond to hurts - no more walking on eggshells or avoiding honest conversations in fear of explosions.
I am asking you to take some huge risks. I am asking you to look at yourself and your patterns, I know it will not be easy. We will get through the hardships together. My style is direct with a hint of joy, and I am available via phone/text or emails between sessions.
