If you are struggling with depression, infidelity, trauma or relationship difficulties, then I would like to help you with this. I specialize in working with adults with depression, trauma, infidelity and marital difficulties through individual therapy and couple counseling. Treatment is tailored to each individual or couple. I spend a lot of time understanding your experience, history, strengths and struggles. I use a CBT, Schema Therapy, Gestalt & EFT to help my clients.
I believe people need a therapist that is accepting and compassionate, while also professional and genuine. Originally from England, I have provided therapy in three countries and helped people with challenging and complex difficulties. With motivation and guidance, I have seen people achieve tremendous growth in their personal life and relationships.
