As they say, the only thing permanent in this world is change. Change, like people, comes in different shapes and sizes. It could be as simple as changing clothes, to more complex ones like a break up, death, or coming out. My goal is to help you manage and deal with changes in your life. By providing you with a safe and comfortable environment and my use of various therapeutic techniques, my hope is that you will feel supported, heard, understood, and obtain the necessary coping skills to help you through this journey called life.
I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University and his Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University. I have over 10 years of experience working with a diverse set of clients in a variety of settings. I started my career working with children and families, and now primarily works with adults.
I work a lot with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients. I have received trainings in different modalities and interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am bilingual in English and Filipino (Tagalog). I am licensed in both NY and PA.
