I see it being hard to live this life without sustaining some sort of injury. In this way, we can all use help. We are all different in how we interpret the world around us. Reasonably, your therapy (help) matches this belief, you are unique and how you'll be helped will also be unique. Having someone not attached to the events of your life can facilitate new meaning and in turn, new choices as to how to see life now, historic injuries and where you want to go next.
I attempt to help anyone who walks my in door (physical and virtual). Offering customized help to individuals, couples and families. There is no specific methodology and I will not try to fit you into some sort of model. We work together so you can find what works optimally for you and your emotional well being.
