I am deeply passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges from anxiety, depression, ADHD symptoms, social and emotional concerns, to everyday stressors. It can be overwhelming to navigate your mental health alone and my goal is to provide a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood from the very first session. I enjoy working with a variety of clients from teens to older adults. I bring a deep psychology background to my work and enjoy utilizing a variety of interventions in practice.

I take an integrative, client-centered approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, strengths-based practices, and mindfulness-based techniques.
