If you are reading this, I imagine you are exploring ways to find healing, growth, and change in some aspect of your life or for someone you care for deeply. The process of finding a therapist may feel challenging and overwhelming. Welcome, I am hopeful that I can provide some help and support in exploring if we will be a good match for your healing journey. The clients I work with are often experiencing anxiety, depression, self-doubt and low self-esteem, PTSD, interpersonal struggles, and relationship struggles.
I am certified in EMDR. I am trained in the Somatic and Attachment EMDR model. I strive to use non-violent communication in session to help invite curiosity and wonder about your present moment experiences. I use mindfulness, meditation, somatic/body work, person centered therapy, Gestalt techniques, polyvagal theory, and experiential therapy.
Whether you have been in therapy before or are here for the first time, you are taking a courageous step toward healing and growth.
