I integrate talk therapy with brainspotting, a technique for healing trauma and accessing inner wisdom. I also offer walk and talk therapy, EMDR, and individual family constellations work, which is a powerful embodied experiential healing modality for healing generational trauma. I accept and bill traditional Medicare. Out of network with other plans.
