My experience is primarily in helping people navigate life transitions, manage mental health symptoms, and change their relationship to alcohol and other substances.
I have a deep appreciation for folks who have developed their own unique perspective on this thing that we call life. I see value in non-traditional relationship structures, and
my office is a sex-positive and ace and kink affirming space.
I have worked alongside folks with a wide variety of reasons for coming to therapy, and am happy to see if we would work well together.
I utilize a psychodynamic approach, and enjoy weaving a variety of therapeutic interventions into my work such as CBT, DBT, EFT, and SFT so that therapy can be a space for sorting through past experiences, learning to sit with feelings in the present, and problem solving for the future.
