I utilize evidenced-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention, along with other therapy techniques to best serve you.
I have been fortunate to have the experience of working in inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings. I have helped my clients through battling a wide range of mental health struggles and have seen them flourish.
