Whether a child or an adult, I seek to honor each person as unique, to encourage vulnerability, and to remain present in order to help clients work towards a more authentic and grounded presence in the world. It is my hope to create spaces of creativity, curiosity, compassion, courage, and connection in order to foster healing within the therapeutic relationship.
I specialize in trauma treatment, including childhood sexual abuse, PTSD, and complex trauma. I also support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, helping clients make sense of their experiences and move forward with more confidence, self-compassion, and courage.
A transformative relationship with an attentive and compassionate therapist and the growing ability to offer kindness and empathy to one’s self mends wounds and brings life to the heart.
