Hi, I’m Lizzy! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with degrees in social work, and I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, chronic stress, and the ups and downs of daily life. My approach is holistic—I use tools from CBT, DBT, polyvagal theory, and body-centered psychotherapy—because I believe that healing happens when we care for both the mind and the body.

Outside of my work, I’m a big believer in practicing what I encourage—finding joy in the small things, being outdoors, spending quality time with family (including my dog!), and getting lost in a good book.
