I am a firm believer that we have all been directly affected by shameful messages about food, our bodies, and our sexuality, and I want for everyone to be able to experience freedom in these areas.
I am experienced in treating eating disorders, anxiety, trauma, and depression. I love working with individuals ages 12 and up, and work collaboratively with parents and other practitioners to ensure that we are supporting healing together.
